While the studio is a great spot for a quiet night in, it can also be an intimate area to host guests. If you plan to have friends and family visit from a distance, they are more than welcome to stay in your apartment or reserve one of our spacious guest suites.

In our model unit, there are two half-walls that section off the sleeping area, helping to create a space for privacy should you be entertaining any guests. This wall is customizable to fit your needs! Some have opted for a full wall to separate their kitchen from the rest of the apartment or to keep it completely open for easy entertaining.
New in 2017, we are excited to now offer the installation of a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. While each building where studio models are located have a laundry room, those who prefer their own private space to wash their clothes now have the option of using a portion of their hall closet to contain the washer and dryers units.
