Riddle Village is filled with popular amenities that our residents and their guests enjoy daily. If you’ve ever been to our community, we’re sure you’ve stopped by the Towne Hall for some entertainment or had fun outside in the courtyard playing bocce or practicing putting. These areas are common stops for everyone in our community, and you’re always sure to find residents enjoying them. However, there is so much more at Riddle Village that gives residents plenty of options for daily activities or special occasions.

The third floor of the commons building always has something going on. The Game Room has billiards, table shuffleboard, and various puzzles for anyone who wants to contribute. This room is perfect if you have some free time, and there are also several times a year where organized tournaments take place. Right next door is the card room, where it’s common to find a group playing afternoon Mah Jong or bridge. Residents also enjoy using this room to watch a sports game together, especially when it’s Phillies season!

It isn’t just in the commons building that there are areas for residents to enjoy outside of their apartments. The Hampton residential apartment building was the last addition to Riddle Village, and not only does it have more Independent Living apartments, but it also has two rooms that can be used for various occasions. The Jefferson Room is a spacious area available for residents to reserve for private events, such as holidays or birthdays. Its cozy setup is similar to a living room, with furniture and a kitchenette area. Close by in Hampton, the Wicker Room is a bright area located in one of our enclosed walkways with seating and tables that make it perfect for a spot to read or play board games with neighbors. Hampton is currently undergoing renovations to help keep this building fresh and updated. The Wicker Room is included in this construction and will be improved for our residents to continue enjoying!

Back in the commons, more venues are available for reservation. The Dolly Madison Room was recently renovated as a comfortable room for meals with guests. The Aster and Serpentine rooms are spacious areas that are common for holidays and parties. Residents can work with our dining team to have their special events catered, and housekeeping services are available for cleanup.

Something special that sets Riddle Village apart is underneath all our residential buildings is indoor parking and storage. While these may not be the first thing residents and guests rush to see when they’re in our community, these hidden gems make life at Riddle Village so convenient, and they are often our residents’ favorite things about our community. The indoor garage is temperature controlled, the parking spots are assigned, and residents provide their own lock for the storage cage for security.

Outside, you’ll find some new areas that our residents are enjoying every day. The new Butterfly Garden in the courtyard is a tranquil area surrounded by flowers that is perfect for relaxation. There is a seating and a perfect view of the bocce ball and shuffleboard courts so you can see all the action. Also outside, beyond the Hampton building we recently added our new dog park, Canine Corner, for residents and their furry friends to get some fresh air.
