Kim Roguszewski, President/CEO and Ron Waterman, Executive Vice President/COO make up our executive team and are located on-site during business hours at least 5 days per week. They are always happy to connect with and answer any questions residents, prospective residents and families may have. Every month they hold a Town Hall meeting. All residents are encouraged to attend. This meeting gives the executive team an opportunity to update residents on various subjects, such as upcoming projects, procedures, and topics of importance. During this meeting, residents are encouraged to ask questions. In addition to our executive team, administrators and directors are also available to residents, prospective residents and families.
